Hello,

  I'm new to Click Once like most people.  Currently we are using an MSI
file to deploy the application.  I've done some test projects on Click Once
Deployment, and can get it working, but can't force it to not re-install once
it finds an update. 

  So for example if I deploy the application via an MSI file, and there is
an update available which Click Once Deployment finds.  For some reason on
the first update it always prompts the user to install the application even
though it's already installed.  Is there a way to prevent this and just use
it to update the assemblies?
