Drag N' Drop file from Explorer to IE/Firefox

Hi

I'm looking for at component/script which will let me Drag N' Drop a file
from Windows Explorer to IE, and put the filename/path of the file into a
textbox no upload or so.

The component must work on both Windows/Mac and IE/FireFox....

Anyone who knows of such a component??

Any help qould be greatly appreciated.....
