Printed version of framework 2.0 reference?

I can't find a printed version of the .Net Framework 2.0 Class Library
Reference anywhere. Microsoft published a boxed set for version 1.1.
Is a printed version available or going to be available for 2.0?

I wouldn't bet on it. The set for the 1.1 framework was over 17,000 pages
long and was little (or nothing) more than the MSDN text printed out and
bound into books. I'm all for printed documentation, but that really didn't
feel like a good use of paper to me.
