.net/GetWindowsDirectory - Terminal Services aware?

Hi!
Recently we wrapped our Win32 app into .NET shell. New .NET interface but
still running the old Win32 core dlls (und using lots of PInvoke). We ran
into troubles in Terminal Services environment. "GetWindowsDirectory"
(called by one of the old dlls) returns now the local directory as if the
application wasn't Terminal Services aware any longer.
How can I fix that? Unfortunatley I have to continue using ".ini" file from
the correct Windows directory.
