I have a problem where the toolbar text on buttons is not visible. This was
reported by a user with Chinese Windows XP. Otherwise, this problem doesn't
appear elsewhere. Is this a unicode issue?

BTW, I had the same problem with Windows 98 in English and "solved" that
problem by not supporting Windows 98.
