I have a major problems with the installation of MS .NET Framework v1.1 on
WindowsXP with SP2. Everytime I try to install it I get a popup with the
following message:

"Application popup: RegSvcs.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services
Process id=0x16a0 (5792), Thread id=0x131c (4892).

Click OK to terminate the application.
Click CANCEL to debug the application."

Part where are "Prosess id" and "Thread id" are always diferent.

My computer configuration is:
Intel Pentium4 64bit 3200 processor
Asus P5AD2-E Deluxe motherboard
TwinMos DDR2 512 MB x 2 RAM
GeCube ATi Radeon X700 256MB PCIex VGA Card

I also tried to install it on other 3 diferent coputers with WindowsXP SP2
an I had success only on one of them, on the rest of 2 computers I got same
error like on my computer.
I also tried to install .NET Framework v1.0 on my computer with no success,
actualy it's the same, but I did make it to install .NET Framework v2.0.
Problem is that I need to have installed .NET Framework v1.1 SP

I have tried to solve the problem by searching for answers on microsoft.com
and Google with no success.
I have checked my local settings because they were set to Bosnia and
Herzegovina regional settings and I changed them to English (United States)
but nothing helped.
I also tryed many other solutions but nothing is working, I still get that
annoying message.

Please could someone help me???

BTW, I recomend to use this .NET Removal tool http://blogs.msdn.com/astebner/archive/2005/04/08/406671.aspx
to clear you PC from .NET and then try to install new one
