I have created an addin in outlook , when i run it from vsto in debug
mode the addin runs well.But after deploying  the addin never seems to
load. So, i checked with the registry key and found out that even if
the addin deployed with LoadBehaviour = 3 (tells the outlook to load
the addin on startup), After i run outlook for the first time after
deploying the addin, it set the value to 2 and never load.

Any Idea ?
