I tried to create a new PaperSize b/c the printer doesn't have that size. 
However, when I actually printed the job, it's still printing the job in the
default printer's page size?  When I walked thru the code, I noticed that the
PrintDocument default page size is set correctly but the Printer default page
size is still the printer's default page size.  Any suggestion is welcome and
thanks in advance.
