Can any one help me out in how to do a backup of an MS Access
programatically using VB.NET

Back up as in...?

Copying the MS Access file? That should be trivial
Copying all databases to a central location? -- You need to write DB Code.
Copying MS Access file to a tapedrive -- don't look for VB.Net
