Intel or AMD for 64-bit?

Hi everyone,

I want to do some 64-bit programming with .NET so I am looking to buy a
64-bit machine.

My question is, as far as .NET is concerned, is there any difference between
developing on an Intel-based machine or an AMD-based machine? Is there any
reason why I should choose Intel over AMD, or vice-versa?

Choose whichever you like better. .NET supports 'em both just as well.
