New Dell XPS - Can I control the lights?

I'm getting a new Dell XPS M170 laptop as my development platform next
week.

It includes glowing neon lights light on the top and sides.

My questions:

Is it possible to control these lights via the framework or other API?
Not sure where to ask this, figured there might be a few .Net devs with
an XPS in this group.

I'd like to control them within our dev team -- e.g. when a build
breaks, etc...
