Illegal definition for runtime implemented delegate method.

Hi,

I have a sulution using the compact framework. On 3 Workstations (winXP
and VS 2005) it runs perfectly. On one, two assembly's have build
errors:

Error <Nr> genasm.exe(1) : error There was an error initializing
<assemblyName>.<ClassName>.add_Closing. Illegal definition for runtime
implemented delegate method.

I didn't found anything about this error. Can anyone help please?
