How to update .NET framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 on Clients?

Finally, We have downloaded and applied serice pack 1 of .NET Framework to
all our development and build machines.

We have many existing clients which are running our WinAPP application which
is using .NETFRAMEWork 1.1 with no service pack on their machines.

1. Should we install Service Pack 1 manually to all those existimg clients?

2. We are releasing another version of our windows Application soon, We have
prepared a Application Setup packgae on our build machine that contains
Service Pack 1.

When we will run this setup package on new clients, , Still clients will
need the service pack installation after the setup or it is automatically
included in it?.
