This guy states that he can add stuff to the data cache to a non VSTO
enabled document by putting true in the second parameter to the
ServerDocument constructor.  It seems pretty straightforward, if I step
through Visual Studio and do this myself, everything looks like it is added
fine.  However, when I go to open up the document, I get the following error:

The customization assembly assiciated with this document could not be
loaded...

The supplied application manifest is not valid.

Does anybody have any idea why I'm getting this error?
