i have installed vs.net 2002 with framework 1.0 and now i have installed
framewriokk version 1.1 now how do i use framework 1.1 instead of 1.0

If you mean you want to code .NET 1.1 in VS2002, no.

VS2002 itself is sticked to use .NET 1.0 runtimes.
