The Com+ Registry Database Detected a System Error

I just installed Visual Studio 2005, and when I attempt to debug I am getting
this error. I still have 2003 installed also. I am on Windows XP Pro. Any
help would be great, I can't find any fixes for this.

Are you trying to debug any umanaged code? Is VS2005 or VS2003 that is
giving you an error?

No unmanaged code. This error is in my 2005 project.

I guess installing .NET 1.1 Service pack would fix this probelm. Does
youre system have .NET 1.1 Service pack?

I already reinstalled the 1.1 SP, and I still get the error. I didn't think
that would fix it anyway, because we areusing Visual Studio 2005 and .Net
2.0. I haven't been able to find any information on what this might be on
2005 VS.
