Is it possible to have Visual Studio Team System working with .NET 1.1
instead of .NET framework 2.0?

VSTS is a version of VS 2005, so it only uses version 2.0 of the Framework.

Thanks for the reply.

I got your point that it won't with ver 1.1.

However, I am not sure about the reason that VSTS is a version of VS 2005.
vs 2005 has different products. Many of the versions (vs2005 for tester,
vs2005 for developer, vs2005 for architect) comes along with vsts, and there
is a version which works without tfs (vs2005 professinal) as well. I am
confused on this.

The different versions of Visual Studio (2002, 2003, 2005) correspond to the
different versions of .NET (1.0, 1.1, 2.0).  For Visual Studio 2005, you
have the Express, VS Standard, VS Pro, VS Team for Developers, VS Team from
Testers, VS Team for Architects, and VS Team Suite (all three of the
previously mentioned VS Team products).  All of these products use .NET 2.0.

Hi Pravin,

So far the VSTS server side product is not released.
When that product is officially released, there would be addin for
downloading to work with VS.NET 2003 and VSTS.

Thanks for your understanding!
