.NET Framework 2.0 French Runtime

I have a new sofware that need to be deployed, Januray 2nd, 2006 in France.
Could you say me when the french version of the .NET Framework 2.0 will be
available to download. And if it dosn't before this date, could y deploy the
english version and upgrade easily to the french ?

I *believe* the french version would be available on the 7th of January.
I don't know how easy it is to upgrade, but my dad is running the english
version on his computer without trouble.
Furthermore, save for the exception messages I can't think of any language
dependant string in the framework.... there should be very little of them
anyway!
