Hi, Ive got 2 toolstrip containers on a page, the first should allow the
user to move a toolbar onto any of the 4 sides of the form, the 2nd
container should only allow the user to move the toolbar left or right
on the form (without detaching and re-attaching to another toolbar).

Is there an easy way of doing this?
