Problem Installing .NET Framework 2.0

I have download .NET Framework 2.0 Redistributable Package from the
following address:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5&DisplayLang=en

during intallation the setup stuck at one place: (i waited for almost
half an hour)

Installing Native Image:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\ngen.exe install
mscorlib, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089 /NoDependencies /nologo

I ended this setup from Task Manager, and restarted my computer. It
shows .NET Framework 2.0 installed at my computer. and when i was
installing WINFX Runtime Component 3.0 at the same PC, that setup also
stucked at while Installing Native Image, setup continues running if
manually stop ngen.exe from Task Manager.

Please Help.
