v1.1 .NET Framework on Toshiba Tablet PC - special versions or issues?

We have a sales automation application that runs on Windows XP, but gets a
variety of runtime errors on a Toshiba tablet pc system described below. The
errors make me think there is something amiss in the .NET Framework
somehow...for example one of the errors is a combo list box control that
gets an error when initializing...This computer had the .NET Framework
removed and then reinstalled...

Are there specific versions of .NET Framework 1.1 for Tablet PC's or for a
specific manufacturer's tablet PC?

Are there any known issues with the .NET Framework on a Toshiba Tablet PC?

Any help is greatly appreciated...
