DataGridViewButtonColumn with REAL button! (image-property)I want to use the DataGridViewButtonColumn of VS.NET 2005, but this button isn't a n'ormal' button, but some minor and inusable version fo the button-control. I want to show an image in my button, which is normally I standard proeprty of the button, but it doesn't have this proeprty. Does anybody knows how to do this? Actually: these columnstyles of the DataGridView makes me really angry. I can't understand why for god's sake Microsoft suddenly invents minor versions of there controls to put them in these columnstyles! Why the hell did they do this? why put time in a product that is worse than the orginal? The same with the DataGridViewComboBoxColumn! Which idiot decided to delete all the (very usefull) proeprty's of the normal combobox? You can't even chose the DropDownStyle! Grrrrrrrrr But anyways, Thanks a lot in advance to those who can help me :-) Pieter PS: Please let somebody make 'normal' custom columnstyles with the normal controls in it! Pieter,
Because of the style and crossposting I thought to recognise who this was. If there are two like you in Belgium, than forget what I write bellow. :-) I did not try this yet, for any sligthest real serious doing things, I wait on the RTM. However I made two reactions on your previous questions and some code to overcome your problem. I did not see any reply and that is a little bit less encouraging to examine or make the next something for you when you ask that. :-) CorHehe Cor it's indeed me :-)
But this has nothing to do with my other posts of the last few days. This goes about a not-standard-button in the Data+GridViewButtonColumn and how to get around it :-( Show quote "Cor Ligthert [MVP]" <notmyfirstn***@planet.nl> wrote in message news:%23nR37lW1FHA.3720@TK2MSFTNGP14.phx.gbl... > Pieter, > > Because of the style and crossposting I thought to recognise who this was. > > If there are two like you in Belgium, than forget what I write bellow. > > :-) > > I did not try this yet, for any sligthest real serious doing things, I > wait on the RTM. > > However I made two reactions on your previous questions and some code to > overcome your problem.
