sample databases?Hello,
I'm in search of a sample database (along the lines of Northwind or AdventureWorks... but not) that I can use in product demos. Preferably free, but if you know of one that's also for sale that would be great too. Any ideas where I can find something like this? Thanks in advance, Chris

What I'm actually looking for is the data itself, not the DBMS. It doesn't matter how the data is stored because it's easily transferrable to various other database systems... I'm just looking for some sort of cohesive data for product demos, such as Northwind's food product company, or AdventureWorks' bicycle company. Any ideas? thanks...Chris Show quoteHide quote > http://firebird.sourceforge.net/ > http://www.sqlite.org/ > I'm sure the guys on these DB's mailing list could furnish you what > you want.... > What I meant is, I'm sure people of these DB, if you ask on the mailing

What I mean is you might ask on the mailing lists associated with these DBs, I think you'll be more lucky there.
