Forgive my ignorance or ask for clarification if I have used the wrong
terms. I am a system admin supported trying to resolve the following
error.

I am recieving the error included when trying to access a custom
assembly made available to ASP with COM Interop, registered into
Component Services in a COM+ Partition. The component makes use of the
Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks. I believe this may be related to the
location of the files included in my assembly not being in the
%windir%\system32\inetsrv.

Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.Cache error '80131534'

The type initializer for
"Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.Cache.CacheManager" threw an exception.
