Can anyone cite MS documentaion that explains that the EnforceConstraints property is set to false on a dataset when a ConstraintException is thrown.

Hi Allen,

Sorry, I am not sure if I understand you completely.
Base on my understanding, you encountered an issue that ConstraintException
was thrown even though EnforceConstraints property of Dataset had been set
to false. If this is true, could you please provide some reproduce steps
for us, so that we can do further analysis. Also please don't hesitate to
correct me if I have misunderstood anything here.
