Have a change between v 1.1 to 2.0 about Return identity with CommandBuilder

I have mistake?

I remember that in ado.net 1.1 when I Fill empty (with no schema)
Datatable, and use with CommandBuilder to set the Insert and other
command, it's add to InsertCommand @@identity to obtain the new
identity. this behavior change on 2.0, or I have some mistake?
