help: failed to update data in access database

Hi,

The attached is a test project, it just demonstrate updating data in
db1.mdb(db1.mdb.bak is a copy). There are two records in tenant table, but
one record can be updated and another one cannot. If you reset the field
ModifyDate of record 2, it would be ok to update it.

The data is imported from a sql server database, and there are many records
in actual table. Some of them can work ok, but some failed. I don't know why
it's caused? Any one can help me?
