Hi,

I am going through the Kalani book for exam 70-315. At the moment I'm
dealing with the databind chapter where on one of the examples it says do the
following in Server Explorer(in visual studio) on an already created database
connection:
"Right click on the Views node and select New View"

However, when I right click the 'View' node, I only get the following
choices: "Refresh" and "Properties".

Therefore I was wondering why do I not get the choice of "New" when I right
click the "View" node? and has this got to do with the database, IIS or
Visual Studio.

I get the same problem with the "Stored Procedures" node aswell
