Access to the ADO.net Managed Provider 'SqlClientFactory' was denied in the data source with ID 'sds

Anyone know what is causing this?

I've just deployed a fairly basic site onto a Win 2003 server (ASP.NET 2.0,
MS Sql Server 2005).
