changing key field in Data Form Wizard form

I created a form using the Data From Wizard. It lets me change and
update all the fields except the primary key. When I modify the pk
textbox, it throws this exception:
"Failed to enable constraints. One or more rows contain values
violating non-null, unique, or foreign-key constraints."
The row count on the form in incremented by 1 and everything is messed
up until I restart the application. Any ideas? Thanks.
