Suddenly ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name

I´m using ODP.NET and after a long transaction with the database
(Oracle 8.1.6) I get the error ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service
name.
I have do stop/start de IIS server to resoolve the problem.
Why my connection on the connection pool became invalid ? Is there a
way to resolve this problem ?
