Add and use a reference in VS2005

Hi,

I have a third party dll, and I used it within VS2003/2003, it works fine.
Now I try to some codes for VS2005, I lost myself by how to add the reference
and use it.

I added the reference by clicking Website - Add Reference and select Browse
and took the dll. The dll was added into BIN folder.

In my code I put using the name of dll but the system can see it

Please give a hand. Thanks in advance
