prerequisites for distributing application with access backend

I have developed an c# desktop application that uses access as the backend.
I would like to install this application on computers with win2k and XP.
What are the prerequisites for the computers that I intend to install the
application on? .net framework 1.1 and MDAC 2.6 or higher?
