I've got plenty of refs for VS2003, including Sceppa's book that does
a good step-by-step walkthrough of wizards.  I need something
equivalent for learning the new wizards, controls and constructs for
VS2005.  Books, online refs, whatever.

In process. Our new book should be out this Spring or early Summer. We're
going to sync with the SP1 (or SP2) version of SQL Server so the book
reflects the "real" product.

I've been waiting for the release version of VS2005/SQL2005, and
assumed that things were relatively stable.

Anyway, there must be online samples that walk through the creation of
tables and binding DataGridView controls, etc. using the new tools.
Something like David Sceppa's book on ADO.NET, but for VS2005.

I did find this:  http://tinyurl.com/2ybe3 but it's VB.  I'm looking
for C# code.
