How to import records from one database to another?

I have an MS Access Databbase. Some time I want to export some records to a
independent Database(It's small and easy to transfer) and maybe in another
time I want to import from the  independent Database.

My question is : Is there a easy way to copy some records from one Database
to another? I think it is a hard work because the records are located in 12
different tables in my database.

Thanks in advance.

Peter,

The most easiest way is to use the tools available for that on your
databases. Mostly there are export and import functions.

I hope this helps,
