Mailable FormsI have a website with a form that once filled out needs to be emailed to a
specific email. I can not get this link to work. This is the link to the page / form that needs to be filled out for more information and then the submit button is to be pressed and the form emailed. http://www.chiltonconsulting.com/pagesthrough2004/form-information.htm Can someone please explain how this is supposed to work and maybe I'll understand where my mistake is. If someone sees something obvious, by all means please let me know. Thanks Has your host configured the forms to email transport with the proper email
address in the FP server extensions? -- Show quoteHide quoteTom [Pepper] Willett Microsoft MVP - FrontPage --------------------------- "DDrowe" <DDr***@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:566833D6-9573-426D-B7AD-4686D45AB589@microsoft.com... :I have a website with a form that once filled out needs to be emailed to a : specific email. Now I feel like a major beginner because I'm not sure what you are asking me. I created the forms and have a link that just opens up an Outlook message. But this is a form that I want the information from emailed to a specific email. If you can expand your question, maybe my little brain will understand. Thanks Show quoteHide quote "Tom [Pepper] Willett" wrote: > Has your host configured the forms to email transport with the proper email > address in the FP server extensions? > -- > Tom [Pepper] Willett > Microsoft MVP - FrontPage > --------------------------- > "DDrowe" <DDr***@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message > news:566833D6-9573-426D-B7AD-4686D45AB589@microsoft.com... > :I have a website with a form that once filled out needs to be emailed to a > : specific email. How to configure the FrontPage Server Extensions for Email Transport: http://www.spiderwebwoman.com/tutorials/email_stuff.htm If you are not using the FP server extensions, you'll need to contact your host to see what type of forms to email scripting they support, if any, and follow their advice. -- Show quoteHide quoteTom [Pepper] Willett Microsoft MVP - FrontPage --------------------------- "DDrowe" <DDr***@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:D2F25196-230C-45D8-A80F-E7BEC62EE8B4@microsoft.com... : Tom, : Now I feel like a major beginner because I'm not sure what you are asking : me.
