using the .net compact frame work, how do I emulate a pocket pc with network
and internet acess so I can test out my program?

You can use the emulator that comes with VS.Net 2003 to run your application
in a PPC 2002 emulation environment. You should be able to access the
Internet by adjusting the connection settings in the emulator. You may also
acquire more emulators if you download the PPC 2003 SDK and emulator images
for PPC 2003 SE.
