Is .net framework ported on other platforms?
I'm intrested in freeBSD, where can I find more information
any help much appreciated.

Yes, as the mono project. Bear in mind that this isn't done by
Microsoft. You can find more information on http://www.mono-project.com/

# find /usr/ports | grep mono

I have seen it on FreeBSD ports but not tested.

I tested Mono on Fedora Core 3 and it works fine.
But ASP.NET Pages are not completed yet i think, because it didn't work as
it supposed to work for me...
